Nonsense. Here is the easiest way to steal an election:
1) Have a set of trucks around the country, with blank ballots and a high quality printer.
2) Have access to the signature database and live updates of who has voted.
3) Once all the ballots are in (about 3am) print as many votes as you need for people who did not submit a ballot
4) Drive to the vote counting center. Present some phony paperwork about the drop box your thousands of ballots came from. Vanish into the night.
5) Days after the election flood the airwaves with nonsense: Server Raids! Venezuela! Eric Coomer! Get attention on them to distract from the real plan.

The judge focuses on very specific statements made by the defendants. For example, Sidney Powell said she has the President of Dominion on tape saying "I can change a million votes, no problem." The judge said, either she has that tape (and she wins) or she doesn't (and she loses).
The whole opinion is well-worth reading.
