Paraphrasing the ~1st five minutes of the show today:
USSC to Slo-Jo: Reinstate the Eviction Process for Free-Loaders.
Slo-Jo to Pentagon: How Many Divisions Does the USSC Have?
Perfumed Princes: ZERO, Sir !
Slo-Joe: Sorry, Landlords You Lose
I Outrank the Constitution Kneel Before your New ZOD
Everything about liberalism is about transfering wealth and power away from the common man and into the hands of the powerful.
Since section 8 landlords got most of the rent, how many will turn section 8 to save their property???
He’s making enemies pretty fast, I’ll give him that. Eventually, the enemies will have to include people who cheated for him. Then, it will start getting interesting.
Lord please stop this heathen before he totally ruins this country.
Unanswerable class warfare. The 2,100 Oligarch billionaires are using the poor temporarily to shaft the middle class landowners, as their real estate monopolies, Blackrock, Vanguard, State Street and Berkshire Hathaway pay up to 25% above market price to buy up all the real estate—they have 2/3 or world assets to do it with—after which they will put the properties out to let as rentals, jack up the rates, keep low-end labor cheap with their “compassion” for Latin American migrants—but no soup for you, home-born African-Americans. They will keep everyone working cheap and paying even more for their rentals. Since there was a working wage in the 1960s with Moms at home rather than “liberated” by women having to work—shafting the interests of kids—the real value of real estate vs. wages has gone up 1,000%.
Not only landlords. Anyone who held REITs in their pensions, 401K, and stock accounts is underwater.
The REITS were blown up last March 2020.
So Dumbongino’s title wasn’t good enough for you so you had to commit fraud and plagiarism?
Socialism bump for later....
You’re not allowed to change article titles.
“I ooooooooooooowwwe my sooooooul to the Company Store….”
How is the eviction ban not a “taking”? Shouldn’t the government(s) be reimbursing landlords?
The landlords just need to walk away from their building if the financials dictate it. Let the Banks take it back and Rats take the blame. 2009 Mortgage crises Part Duex. The only reset this country needs is probably Real Estate. I wouldn’t mind picking up Mountain lake property on a 40% off sale.
I was listening to a podcast. My android didn’t give me a title, just Dan’s voice.
Plagiarism: it’s not just for college term papers and Slo-Jo anymore
Seeing what little pushback there is against this, I don’t see how the country can ever come out of the situation it’s in. The sheep just bend over and bleat “Can I have another one please?”.
Once they’re sure the folks are just a bunch of weak, submissive, compliant bleating sheep, they will move on to the next phase.
