I was thinking about a protest right in front of their home. We would set up a guillotine right there then roll in on cart an effigy of whatever Supervisor we are protesting. Then after a few speeches and drum rolls we stick the effigy into the guillotine and cut off its head .

The people of Arizona need to rise up and be heard.

“They’re Democrats and clearly above the law.”

But they’re NOT Democrats. The worst are GOP who’ve been bought and paid for.

A caller to Outside The Beltway was fed up with this audit project and compared it to the Durham Report. Said not to wait for anything from the County. Immediately de-certify the state’s election based on the fact that they don’t have the necessary information to prove it was legitimate.

I believe the Arizona Senate issued them.

I guess unlike Congress, they don't have their own arresting police force and dungeon.

Getting around Boyer is the exact reason for looking to the AG.

Does anyone among us know the penalties under AZ state law for failure to perform under an AZ Legislative subpoena?

Failure to respond to a legislative subpoena is a big whopping class 2 misdemeanor in AZ.

Here is the AZ law about subpoenas and contempt of the legislature. I’ll keep looking for the penalties. Note that it says the senate or house MAY commit an offender for contempt by passing a resolution. Boyer seems to stymie that. I fear the AG is going to cite this as his excuse to do nothing.

“41-1153. Disobedience of subpoena as legislative contempt

A. If a witness neglects or refuses to obey a legislative subpoena, or, appearing, neglects or refuses to testify, the senate or the house may, by resolution entered in the journal, commit him for contempt.

B. A witness neglecting or refusing to attend in obedience to a subpoena may be arrested by the sergeant-at-arms and brought before the senate or house upon authority of a copy of the resolution signed by the president or speaker, and countersigned by the secretary or chief clerk.”

Elected or not, fire the Rats for cause. Charge them with everything possible and watch them squeal. There is no incentive when they are being paid to screw with their own citizens.

Most on that Board are Republicans, biggest example of the GOPe working fanatically with Democrats to cover up Election Theft 2020.

Which is why we, the rank-and-file GOP voter, must vote out every RINO who must face a primary in 2022 and replace them with Constitutional conservatives. These RINO-traitors revealed themselves as who they really are by giving the Steal to Dementia Joe on a platter.

The old trick of the RNC pouring money into RINO campaigns and running 3 "conservative" stooges to dilute the votes of a real conservative challenger is over. Once Trump makes an endorsement, we must get behind him/her and vote like it is our last chance, because it literally is.

If the 2020 Steal is not enough to get rid of these RINO traitors, then they are here to stay and we are doomed.

You are hilarious. The people in charge of elections are going to hold a fair election to determine if they get to keep their jobs. Personally I don’t trust them with this task.
