New York Attorney General Letitia James announced on Tuesday that Gov. Andrew Cuomo allegedly sexually harassed multiple women. In 2018, Cuomo opposed then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation because of similar allegations and said he would “fight” for victims.
“The confirmation of Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court is a sad day for this country, and it will haunt us for as long as he is on the court,” Cuomo said in a statement.

A democrat who is a hypocrite is as rare as a republican who is a hypocrite.
I keep coming back to “The Crucible” by Arthur Miller. The play tells the story of the Salem Witch Trials and how a number of villagers are killed after being sentenced by the judge. Then the young girls who are the center of the whole thing accuse the wife of the judge. That stops everything right there. The judge cancels it all, frees the prisoners, and denounces the girls for telling lies.
All depends on who’s on the receiving end.

Sadly you have some good points here. Reactions in the media and among the liberals, depends on who is being accused of what, and what the political affiliation of the accused is.
I would love to be proven wrong when we see the reactions from leading Democrats about the Cuomo situation. I’m not holding my breath, but I would love to know that there are indeed standards we hold all people to, regardless of politics.
Ask the Gov and Lt Gov of Virgina if Cuomo stain should resign.
Arthur Miller didn’t try to make the case that there “aren’t any witches”. He was making a statement about not accepting the words of people on trial trying to save their own hides.

He's been a huge donor to the Dems for decades.

Letitia James, the NY attorney general, did the investigation and wrote the report finding him a molester.
Letitia James is running for Governor against Cuomo in 2022.
She should have recused herself. Now Cuomo can claim the report is biased by a political opponent.
I’ll take Cuomo over James, any day of the week.
