Last time I was called for jury duty, I was relieved of a small Swiss Army pen knife and a pipe tool at the entrance of the courthouse. You'd be lucky to get a Bic pen past the security.
I was so ticked off that I began carrying the biggest Swiss Army knife they make--which is indeed a deadly weapon.

The OVERWHELMING number of Mexicans have come into the US in the last 45 years. In 1970, California was ~ 5% Mexican (it was not called “hispanic”, that’s a made up word); it is now about 48% hispanic, with 15 MILLION having come into the state since about 1985.
Was California “unsettled land” in 1980? Was it just a long, lost Spanish colony waiting to be colonized by God’s Chosen Ones from Oaxaca?
Oddly I remember rather large US naval bases, massive US Air Force Bases, and a gigantic city called LA where all my Anglo-Saxon grandparents lived for decades. And you had to go to a few isolated neighborhoods - Olvera Street and Barrio Logan to find the rather minor Mexican population just a few decades ago.
And as for Corona, California, it was a place where the high school in 1970 probably had the highest concentration of blonde females you would ever see. Girl down the street from me was one of them. Even looked a bit like Rylee, maybe that’s her grandmother. It was white bread suburban LA. Same for Orange County, once the stronghold for Nixon/Reagan Republicans.
And the name “Jose” (they don’t call this little POS Joe, you can be assured of that) was hardly heard back then. Now they are the Ma-Yority as they say. But that’s a takeover pushed by people who were taught BS like “dees ees Mehico” in the idiot Leftist California school system, when it was really just a foot note in history.

The meme you’re pushing - “they have always been here” was a gig started by La Raza Unida back in the late ‘60s, when we all thought it was ridiculous. But that was when Mexico only had about 40 million people, and now they have like 130 million, probably more, and they used that excess to push North and take what was NEVER theirs: the American Southwest.

We lived it. Our families lived it. There were 5th generation Californians with names like Robinson in 1970.
What happened was the so-called “civil rights” movement in the ‘60s - which turned into “invasion of the United States is a civil right, but only if you’re a non-white” - and the fatuous “Overpopulation” hysteria from 1969 to about 1990, which told the Americans to stop having kids and get abortions instead. Once the Mexican population hit an unstoppable threshold, you didn’t hear about that anymore.
We could throw in some contributory causes but those are the main ones. The fact that Mexico can’t support much of any population beyond their 1960 number of 35 million is a big one, but they saw excess population as a good thing: a weapon they could use against the Gringos.
In their culture, you TAKE, not MAKE. Cortez didn’t come to build factories. He was there to loot. It’s still like that. If you are weak and you let them do that, they will. THAT is what Los Caudillos de Mexico are doing as we speak. And what better treasure to steal then Cal-e-pornia? The most valuable jewel in the American crown.
And they have basically done so. And they have a whole generation or three propagandized into thinking that there’s such a thing as a “Mexican-American”, which is absurd. You can’t be both. Simple test: we declare war on Mexico, as we did in 1846. Whose side will they be on?

There is way more to this story them we are being told. Total speculation, I wonder if the killer was in on it and was supposed to scare them while they filmed it. Or maybe he was a stalker assuming they posted about it. Something is obviously odd about the story.

I too was relieved of my leatherman pocket tool for jury duty. I have seen videos of parents and grandparents of murdered and assaulted children being taken out by one shot in a lax court situation. I do hope for the best in these situations.
