The Federal Reserve's preferred measure of inflation has registered another jump, hitting its highest level in three decades.
Federal data on Friday showed the core personal consumption expenditures (PCE) price index, excluding volatile food and energy, increased 0.4 percent in June for an annual gain of 3.5 percent, the largest gain since December 1991.

Can inflation be both “transitory” and “persistent”? I wouldn’t have thought so, but that Jerome Powell guy sounds really smart.
So I guess I’m wrong.
“The way to crush the bourgeoisie is to grind them between the millstones of taxation and inflation.”

Soviet style.
No one, not even Biden, believes the crap he’s spewing about inflation being temporary. He, or his handlers, know they are inflicting long term, and likely permanent, damage on the economy. They think that when people are in a state of despair, they’ll accept any promise that gives them hope, even communist lies.
Either the Federal Reserve is stupid or they are trying to cover for the Democrats. Maybe both!!!!!!! There are only a few politicians ex: MTG, Gaetz, Paul really care about the country. The rest are a laughing stock!
“Transitory” price increases that are in fact “persistent” are NOT transient.
Good summary of what they are up to.
NOTHING that happens under Dems is “As expected”.
But we have been told that if it’s “transitory” inflation, that’s not the bad type of inflation. Thus, nothing to worry about because it’s “transitory”.
Transitory
Unexpected
Unexpectedly Transitory
Yet the MSM will continue to lie for these pieces of crap.
They do not want to admit that they screwed up the best economy since the 1960’s. Now, we have real inflation for the first time in 30 years. THANKS DEMOCRATS
