I have a nephew with Asperger's. He a damn smart kid...Latin...calculus...chess,etc,etc. He has a photographic memory.
But despite that his life has been a train wreck since he was a kid...no friends, never had a girlfriend, never had a job (he's 30).
My sister's heartbroken to see how his life is going.

In Arizona our legislature passed a law that gun manufacturers have immunity here in Arizona from lawsuits from mass shootings. And that's why God (or Satan) created the Federal courts.

Remington is already dead. They went bankrupt and got sold off in parts last year.

You should also sue the water company. Water can create dangerous situations.

"We’ve already seen those.
People have sued McDonalds for making them fat.
People have sued Post brand cereals for claiming to be healthy despite their excessive sugar content. Looks like payments started in Nov 2020 on that one.
Porsche and Tesla have both been sued over cars going too fast.
Snapshot has been sued for causing a car accident.
It’s a total mad house."
.
We can't have starving lawyers...

The other arms manufacturers should be helping Remington Arms fight this lawsuit. A settlement would set a precedent that will affect them down the road.

It’s past time to go underground. sub-cellars and workshops can be dug on private property.

Read closely, it is Remington’s liability insurers that are making the offer, not Remington.

Big Green has been fighting this lawsuit for years. Families of nine of the victims of the 2012 massacre brought the case shortly after the incident, but the Connecticut Supreme Court did not rule until 2019 that Remington could not be held liable for selling its AR-type Bushmaster rifle the murderer used to kill 20 children and six adults. Really?
How much are they suing the School district and principal for, for endangering and failing to protect their children?
What if the murderer had used a Buick instead?

Holy crap, I somehow missed that Remington went bankrupt, that’s a shame.

I think that a lot of their problems came from litigation about the model 700 safety failures,
