She knows she will not be re-elected so she’s being punitive and following her Lib leadership. 80% of New Mexicans are supposedly vaxed and herd immunity is reached at about 70% so she’s just flexing what little muscle she has between her ears. As a sanctuary state, with a wide open border, her mandates aren’t credible.
NM is saturated with leftists and sheep. She will be re-elected in a walk. Last election not a single incumbent lost their seat in the state legislature.
