My company has been seeing some employee pressure for mandatory vaccines. My answer has been the same since the vax became available: we will not now, or ever, make that mandatory.
The state recently required that we ask people their status, and record the answers. I guess this is as good a hill as any to die on, so we decided we just going to ignore this nonsense from here on out. We’ll see if we get sued or shut down, but we’re not going along with this.
I’m fortunate, the small but rapidly growing company I just started with, is a bastion of freedom. No talk whatsoever about getting the jab, because the owners haven’t gotten the jab.
