Around here and mist likely everywhere else it is a $250 annual fee from the local pot doc to get your card to buy. Just like pain meds, anybody can get a card or a prescription. Just pay the pot doc.
Because I’ve learned the majority of “studies” are bought & paid for & I do not trust them.
Also, as a daily cannabis user for 6 years now I have only experienced positives from using it. Zero downside!
