And this skeletal corpse is the former governor of a state that imposed some of the most restrictive measures during the COVID outbreak, and yet still had the highest per-capita rates of infections, hospitalizations, deaths, etc. of any state in the U.S.

Yep, NJ was second only to Pennsylvania (and barely ahead of New York) in the percent of covid deaths in nursing homes due to forcing patients on our most vulnerable populations while help provided by the Trump administration (remember the Javits convention center, the hospital ships, etc.?) went mostly unused.
And yet, somehow, it is Trumps's fault.

In fairness, she was governor of that state over 20 years ago. New Jersey has had six governors since then. (Including two acting governors)
