I think the whole situation is pathetic. The State of CA tried all it could to keep a black man off a recall ballot. A judge ruled that said black man’s name must be on ballot.
What about when the State appeals to the 9th circuit?
Not much to be happy about. I suspect the recall election will be rigged...
It should only be a state court issue—not federal.

Up until Covid came along....I think Newsom had every single Democratic vote in the state....easily. Like you say...a lot of little negative things over Covid drained his support.
In simple terms, I think 90-percent of the state want some fresh start and new prospective. Whether Elder can win or not? That’s the big unknown.
RINO candidate will fall to voter fraud...so it doesn’t matter...
Democrats don’t give a $hit about the election rules....state AG and all county DA’s are bought and paid for.
There will be no election fraud investigations.

As a child I was taught to always respect your ELDER(S). Today, if I were in California, I’d be voting for an ELDER.
