A College Republican chapter at a university in Maine was kicked off campus because they were too pro-Trump. When the university was chastised for this they created a potemkin chapter headed by a liberal student.

When the leaders of the original chapter reached out to the local RNC they were given the brush.

I'm thinking Maine went for Trump as well, but the local never trumpers worked with the dims to overturn the votes of their fellow Mainers.
