Cosby was convicted by a lynch mob incited by our Pravda media.
While I despise the PA Supreme Court, it ruled correctly.
The previous DA made a plea agreement with Cosby that if he told the details, he would not face criminal charges.
Cosby testified and the civil case was then settled.
The current DA, looking to have higher office, used Cosby’s testimony and leveled criminal charges against him.
The judge (also seeking higher office) did not throw the case out and did not block Cosby’s voluntary testimony from being used to convict him on the same criminal charges that were dropped in return for that testimony.
Total over-reach by the government and rightly shot down.
I'm not sure that's exactly what happened, based on this report. There was apparently no immunity deal and no plea agreement, just a public statement by the DA.
If I were in Cosby's position back then I would have invoked the 5th Amendment and refused to testify in the civil case.
Look for other high profile criminals to get the same treatment.
No doubt with an apology, financial settlement and spitting in the victim’s faces.

There should never be plea deals with criminals.
The corrupt Pa Supreme Court only ruled partially correctly !
There were other critical issues the Pa Supreme Court should have addressed but refused to !
The very serious issue of the prosecutor using ‘witnesses’ making claims about other events - events that happened 25-30 years prior - for which no police complaints were ever filed, nor any charges were ever laid should have been very firmly dealt with.
The two objecting Justices both referenced this issue but did not take a firmer stance because the other decision made the points ‘moot’.
The court also failed to address the very serious problem of the lack of a date for the alleged crime. The initial claimed date moved when Cosby was able to mount a defense against that date.
Since the ‘woman’ went over to Cosby’s house, late at night, to be wined and dined, while his wife was not present - she made her intentions very clear. She should have been able to provide an actual date for the crime and not a couple of seasons !
She was nothing but a grifter who extorted money.
Not that the DA and Judge will ever be held accountable for reneging on the agreement made by the previous DA.
