From emails on Hunter's laptop, we know that Joe and Jill Biden knew their racist crackhead son was having a "sexually inappropriate relationship" (their words) with his own niece, their granddaughter. As an aside, he was also banging the child's mother (his brother's widow) and her sister.

But back to Joe and Jill. Even though they were aware of this situation, they did not report Hunter to the police. They did not even make an effort to reach out to the girl and help her or remove her from the situation.

They did nothing to help. After all this, Joe Biden called Hunter "the smartest man I know." And John Boehner calls Joe a "good Catholic".
