War Eagle! I am better. I have started growing here in the Loveliest Village a wormwood plant. It contains a chemical which combats malaria. I made a tea yesterday, swallowed some this AM, and will finish dosing tomorrow. But, I have felt better as the day has progressed. I appreciate so much blam filling in with the ping while I was sick.

Do you have malaria?

I really don’t think it was actually malaria. It felt like it; malaria is endemic where we work overseas. I have had around 50 bouts of it in the 25 years overseas and know very well what it feels like. But, our sending agency said that we must be vaccinated against covid to be allowed to return. So, for the sake of the Gospel, we took the shots. Wednesday was my second shot and so I had some side effects.

Oh okay.

I got both my COVID shots and only had a sore arm twice.
