Days before the fifth anniversary of the Pulse nightclub shooting, U.S. Senators passed a bill designating the site of the former nightclub as a national memorial.

Videos at the source, if you have the stomach for it.
Once again Main stream media is giving the Babylon Bee a serious run for their money. How is this not satire?
Who’s going to visit it besides fags?
The First thing the Republican Majority should do is to Memorialize The Founding Place of the KKK and all the Other RACIST KKK DEMOCRATS THEY CAN FIND, Finally Make them OWN IT!!
What about the site of the Draw Mohammed contest in Irving Texas where the FBI drove the killers to the scene of the crime?
Some buildings just need to left buried and forgotten....this is surely one of them......Catering to the LGBT community is just insanity.
And no I didn’t see the videos nor any desire to.
Doesn’t Robert Byrd have enough landmarks named after himself already?
They should make sure to remember it was a Muslim terror attack
No Senator had the guts to oppose it, because any who oppose it would be crucified as homophobic, etc.
Political correctness is a very strong force in our culture.
Like I said in another post oh it’s going to get much much worse. Third World countries will look like paradises compared to America the modern day Sodom and Gomorrah. We are at the point of no return. Sorry but them the facts!
“ They should make sure to remember it was a Muslim terror attack”
BINGO.
Should be bulldozed flat, and paved into a parking lot.
The Pulse shooting was a religious zealot ISIL muslim attack on American soil. Is that what the memorial is going to emphasize? Or will it be just another idol to gayness?
30 years ago, the older gays were lamenting that the gay lifestyle was dying out - not enough young gays for them to choose from, and young gays rejecting old men without deep pockets. WeHo was turning yuppie, mothers with babies more likely to be ‘strolling’. Bathhouses in SF closing for lack of business. And then came Hollywood...and ‘higher’ education
Just another idol to gayness.
Boo-freaking-hoo, subhumans.
It’s a tragic event I’m sorry people were killed. However why give more money to this entity as they received over $30 million. A Muslim killer did the killing and know it’s a guilt on the taxpayer?
Fundraising campaign - Wikipedia Reference:
Equality Florida, the state’s largest LGBT rights group, started a fundraising page to aid the victims and their families, raising $767,000 in the first nine hours.[146][175][176] As of September 22, 2016, they have raised over $7.85 million online, a record for GoFundMe, with over 119,400 donors and an average of about $66 per donation.[177][178][179]
Another fundraising campaign, OneOrlando, was established by Mayor Buddy Dyer.[180] The Walt Disney Company and NBCUniversal, which operate the nearby Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort, respectively, each donated $1 million to the fund.[181][182] As of August 12, OneOrlando has raised $23 million,[183] with a draft proposal to start payouts starting September 27 on a rolling basis in which the highest compensations will go to the families of the 49 people killed, followed by the 50 victims who were physically injured and hospitalized for one night or more. OneOrlando’s fund administrator said that the draft has not decided whether to pay people who were held hostage but were not injured, and will take public feedback in two 90-minute hearings to be held on August 4. A timeline of the draft proposal was released.[184][185] On August 11, its board of directors decided that the funds will only be dispersed to “the families of the dead, survivors who were hospitalized, survivors who sought outpatient medical treatment, and those who were present in the club when the shootings began but not physically injured”, and that family members and survivors can start filing claims until the September 12 deadline.[183] As of December 1, OneOrlando paid out over $27.4 million to 299 recipients, according to officials, with six more claims worth an additional $2.1 million still being contested among family members of the slain victims.[186]

If they want to acquire the site and maintain it, fine by me.
Just don’t ask me to pay for it.
2015 San Bernardino attack?
Horrible event. RIP to all the innocent murdered by a loon.
It should be left to the state and local community to memorialize it though.
