Daybell plead not guilty to 8 felonies. He delayed the hearing to schedule the trial for two weeks. The video was too far away to see if he laughed or corrected his attorney as he is prone to do in these hearings.

Lori, his new wife, has been deemed incompetent so has been remanded to a mental facility (aka delay tactics).

Today is also the 1 year anniversary of Tylee being found burned and dismembered and JJ being wrapped like a mummy with duct tape and buried in their backyard.

Incompetent my a**. The D.A. stated they were going to challenge that but yesterday, they reversed their decision and said they will not contest the findings of incompetency.
