If flu vaccines aren’t mandated by a company or institution, good luck making an argument for forcing CoupFlu vaccines on people, especially while they’re still under EUA.

It's their lucky day then because the EEOC has said that such requirements are likely legal.

You’re being purposefully obtuse. Maybe it isn’t helping that some on the other side of the argument aren’t really making sense. For example, I don’t GAF what the “Nuremburg Code” is, it isn’t US law as far as I know.

EEOC can “say” whatever they want. They are wrong. It is a point of fact that US federal prohibits forcing anyone to participate in clinical trials, or take an experimental drug. It is also specifically illegal to use coercion to “encourage” people to take experimental medicines or vaccines. Yes, we live in a post constitutional world, but they have to at least give the appearance or people start axin’ questions.

You have comparing or equating things that don’t go together. FDA “Approved” immunizations CAN be made mandatory. We’re not discussing those. This is important to understand - and businesses and public schools and other organizations need to beware of statements made like that.

BECAUSE, the story keeps changing on a daily basis, and the “experts” have literally gone from “Don’t wear a mask, they don’t work, you’re scaring people” to “You should wear two masks” in less than a year.

While the vaccine manufacturers have immunity from lawsuits, this is not the case for an employer or school or agency that requires a SARS/Cov vaxx. I can practically guarantee there will be TV advertisements from the bottom feeders along the lines of “Did you take the Covid vaccine? You may be entitled to compensation. Give us a call!”; probably sooner than we think.
