In a nation of over 350 million people we have only 200+ white-on-black murders annually. That's obviously not "systemic".
But if it is, then what do you call the 400+ black-on-white murders?
2019 fbi stats show over 600 Whites murdered by blacks that year and those stats are incomplete so I would guess it's even greater.
So a White person is murdered in, the US, about every 12 hours or less by a black person.
