The rise of the Greens in Germany may hit a snag this Sunday, when the eastern state of Saxony-Anhalt goes to vote. The far-right Alternative for Germany has taken the lead in some opinion polls there.

Unsolicited qualifying remarks like this only show an inherent bias and ill intentions. It’s not even subtle anymore. I’m sure they got the article from somewhere else and did a copy and paste job... That’s what the “news” does.

There is nothing “far right” about afD. They simply do not wish to surrender their country to a never ending horde of feral muslims. They point out that these invaders are themselves very illiberal. That would have negative implications for example for gay rights, women’s rights, etc etc.

They think that foreigners who move to Germany should.....brace yourselves....actually learn the local language, laws and customers and....oh I don’t know how to even say it......integrate with the locals instead of demanding that everything be done the way it was in the shitholes they came from.
