WASHINGTON — Democrats have rushed to support New Mexico state Rep. Melanie Stansbury’s bid to succeed Interior Secretary Deb Haaland in what is considered a safe Democratic seat, new campaign finance disclosures show.
Stansbury raised almost $1.2 million in roughly six weeks as contributions flooded in from Democratic House leaders, labor unions and special interest groups after weeks of appeals from party leaders warning that the race was “critical” and a loss would be “devastating.”
“This is the first big test for House Democrats in 2021,” read one such missive, from California Rep. Adam Schiff. “We cannot let Republicans flip this seat.”

A RRH poll from our side shows the Democrat up 49-33 (released today). I guess NM supports open borders.
Heather Wilson’s old seat. A RINO for sure but she held it for 10 years. A big win if we can get it back. What it means is that we have to be more careful when OUR special elections come up. Death is one thing but a promotion has to be thought through to make sure keep what we have.
Melanie Stansbury is an idiot. She was asked about her support of stopping oil and gas production in the four corners area. What would happen to all the Indians in that area who lost their oil industry jobs?
She replied that they could sell Indian art and wool products on the internet. (You know, because all Indians can produce beautiful commercially successful art and everyone has a flock of sheep in their backyard.
Not at all surprising. Commies don’t do anything that jeopardizes their power. They’re not going to promote someone from a seat that isn’t an automatic Democrat backfill.
The only reason Pocahontas is still in the senate is because Baker would flip the Senate back to Republicans until a special election.

Wishful thinking-like push polling. Can we do it like the underwear model and the Kennedy seat? Nice but we had it for 2 years only. Then he stabbed the party in the back after his ambassadorship. I’ll send him a small contribution AFTER June 1 if he wins.
But at least they know how to get on the internet. They have that going for them.
So when they win it they can see there will be no wave in 22.
