Emily Wilder, a journalist and 2020 graduate of Stanford University, started a new job as an Associated Press news associate based in Maricopa County, Arizona, on May 3. Two weeks later, she was unceremoniously fired by the news outlet after conservatives resurfaced old social media posts... In Wilder's eyes, her firing is the latest example of right-wing cancel culture.
Sure, yeah, because Cancel Culture is sooooo right wing. What a mealy-mouthed bunch of media liars. The Associated Press must have known all about her history, and knew all about her politics, which is why they tried to snake her into the Maricopa audit coverage -- the only alternative is, no one at AP or anyone else in so-called journalism bothered to vet her social media history. And no one with functioning brain cells is going to buy that one.

Something is missing here?

Does a fresh young Stanford grad start at AP?.

Years back a friend just out of UIC, worked for AP driving his own car with his own equipment and was paid not much by the word? He simultaneously worked for a couple of other news outlets.
