Please note I asked for an opinion of the number. Many people are long on posts such as these but never complete the thought snd formulate an opinion. So I ask you too, what do you think the true number of cases and what do you think the true number of deaths are?

The stats are crap.
The only thing we DO know is that bodies aren’t piled up like cordwood, so the Spanish Flu this never was and still ain’t.
But let me ask you this, if reliable, accurate data was paramount, if this really is all about public health, then why...
1) Are we using a test meant for epidemiological purposes as a diagnostic test?
2) Why are repeat positives of the same patient being counted as new cases?
3) Why are asymptomatics and probables counted as new cases?
4) Why has there been no transparency and uniformity regarding cycle thresholds in use for PCR testing?
5) Why the change in how deaths are counted for WuFlu?
6) Why is herd immunity a dirty word now?
7) Why aren’t antibody studies being done nationwide to assess the spread if the virus?
8) Why are prophylaxes and treatments being shunted to the sidelines for WuFlu?
This was NEVER about public health was it.
