Fresh off her ouster from House Republican leadership, Rep. Liz Cheney is maintaining her crusade to do “whatever it takes” to oppose former President Donald Trump.
Cheney (R-Wyo.), who was removed Wednesday morning from her position as House Republican Conference chair for her focus on criticizing Trump, made the comments in an interview with NBC’s “Today” after being asked three times about mounting her own 2024 run.
“Right now, I am very focused on making sure that our party becomes again a party that stands for truth and stands for fundamental principles that are conservative and mostly stands for the Constitution,” the Wyoming lawmaker replied after repeatedly dodging the question.
“I won’t let a former president or anybody else unravel the democracy.”
Pressed further on the matter by anchor Savannah Guthrie, who asked if she would do “whatever it takes” to keep Trump out of office, Cheney replied, “Whatever it takes.”

I have never seen this level of hatred and vitriol for an American politician. Granted, I wasn’t around for Abe Lincoln, but the current environment is jaw dropping. I always thought “deep state” was concocted by some folks who were a few sandwiches short of a picnic.
President Trump has shown us the deep state is real, and not only do they not care about Americans, they hate patriots. The deep state wants and needs globalism, and submission of the masses. Trump is the lightening rod for nationalism, and as such, generates irrational hatred towards himself.
It is fascinating.

A top source close to Republican leadership in the nation’s capital says that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is producing opposition research for Reps. Liz Cheney (R-WY) and Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) to attack House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy over the party’s decision to vote this week on Cheney’s position as Conference Chair, the No. 3 spot in House Republican leadership.
Axios reported late on Monday evening that Pelosi was “feeding oppo research against” McCarthy “so others can use the same harsh rhetoric to frame the Republicans as the party of dysfunction.”

Liz Cheney says she stands for democracy... of course she defines it differently than that rest of us. She thinks ‘democracy’ means the little people SHOULD sit down, shut up, and rubber stamp what ‘elites’ (like her) think, feel, and believe.

First- Savannah Guthrie (the demon-biotch who “interviewed” Trump in Miami. Remember her demonic cackling voice- the NBC cadre, oh and don’t forget the 10 minutes against the “Q” (no matter what one thinks about the phenomenon- it was a Loony line of questioning. Because NBC is worried about paedophilia being exposed in the elite Left).

MOSTLY stands for the Constitution? Where is that in your Oath of Office, lunatic Liz. MOSTLY? What the hell does that mean— selective Constitution cherry picking.
This exposes who these people are— they are definitely NOT Constitutionalists. To the Manor Born Government of their People. Not the Conservatives who made this country— no way.
