Does your state have a mask mandate still?
States across the U.S. are changing their mask mandates. This will be a running list of changes to mandates and orders
The COVID-19 vaccine rollout continues throughout the country. Cases have been dropping, but experts worry reopening too soon could cause cases to rise.
That said, we’re keeping list of states that are lifting their mask mandates amid the pandemic.
-Alabama
-Alaska
-Arizona
-Arkansas
-Florida
-Georgia
-Idaho
-Indiana
-Iowa

-Mississippi
-Missouri
-Montana
-Nebraska
-New Hampshire
-North Dakota
-Oklahoma
-South Carolina
-South Dakota
-Tennessee
-Texas
-Utah
-Wisconsin
-Wyoming
The following states still have mask mandates for indoor locations in place:
-California

Exactly....love the Alias, great book, read it a few years ago...written a fairly long time ago and still interesting....
Harris County in Texas still pushes a mask mandate
And if you look at that mandate you aren’t supposed to be using the medical masks etc!
All of these “temporary” measures have no expiration date and have never gone through the legislative process.
And they scoff when we argue that leftists, liberals, progressives, marxists and stalinists want totalitarian control of our lives. This proves it.
My city still has one but when I went to a crowded restaurant on Mother’s Day not a single person was wearing one.
I think the mask mandate in Trans-sylvania will be gone once the vax number hits 70%.
Which means never.

I don’t think our Governor made a state-wide mandate from the start. He advised it the first two weeks or so but left it up to most Mayors and City/County officials to enforce it or not. Our biggest cities like Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville had mandates for quite a while but not the smaller towns. We have been open almost from the beginning. People are working, restaurants are serving, etc.
My state has the filthiest Trump hating RINO Governor so *of course* we’re still be told to hide under the bed.
NevaDUH mandate is a covering over nose and mouth. (Also not legislated and some of the conservatives were pushing to restrict the amount of time the gov can impose these.) Not necessarily a cloth muzzle. We’ve been using plastic shields that attach to our glasses frames for over a year. Only a couple places disallowed them. Med office/VA and one retail store and one casino. We got ours from the company directly but their web page seems a little wonky right now but amazon does have them. If you don’t need glasses, just pick up some readers and knock the lenses out.

No mandate in Indiana, however the counties are now controlling and they are requiring masks in county buildings... and so goes the other businesses. Small mom and Pop places are slowly dropping mask requirements. our local Walmart dropped but has a table with two people handing out masks.... go figure.
Guess we’ll be 30%rs.
It’s still amazing how immune people are to facts and exhibit zero common sense. I still see masked people on the sidewalk stepping into the street and burying their faces in their arms, just to avoid a split-second encounter with another walker going the other way.
Your chance of getting it from a 0.1 second encounter with another person on the walk? As close to zero as possible.
Wretched Whitler, aka Chubby Michigan Medusa, aka, Stretchen Gretchen still has most locked down. She stinks too. Not even sniffer/groper wanted to picker.
Masks? Aren’t those just worn by people who were supposedly vaccinated?
Kentucky’s is so lax now as to no longer exist. I don’t bother wearing one and I’m fine wherever I go.
Except for Costco, which has their own mandate, even in the Dakotas.
I’m glad to see Indiana doesn’t, but there are still businesses that require them, and until they put an end to their insanity I refuse to give them my money. Menard’s for instance, yelled at me when I entered their store without a mask. I promptly walked out.
Virginia SUCKS
Vacation elsewhere.
Thanks.
It is a great story of survival and humanity.
