House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) stated that he supports Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) over House No. 3 Republican Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) amid a high-profile dispute over the party’s support for former President Donald Trump and its messaging moving forward.
Shuffle one Bush League Republican for another and maybe the rubes will re-elect all of them.........

McCarthy is making the correct call. Not that I believe he wants to but, because he knows he has to. He whipped the Republicans to support Cheney just a few months ago. But, Cheney’s TDS made it impossible for the RINO’s to continue to support her. She miscalculated after the last referendum on her position. She thought that the RINO’s were re-establishing their control over the party after they stabbed President Trump in the back. They are now learning just how wrong they were about that.
He’s beginning to see which side his bread is buttered on.
McCarthy is such a fickle pussy. He turns on a dime.
Trump endorsed Stefanik.
He better think about who he supports for Minority Leader.
I have no problem at all with the House GOP replacing Cheney with Stefanik, because:
1) they had to pick a woman. Now, it shouldn’t have to be a woman in a world where things are what the ought to be, but today’s reality is they need a woman leader because they are trying to get more women support among the electorate.
2) they needed someone who would toe the part line. They want and need Trump’s support in order to mollify their base.
That’s reality.
Trump supports Stefanik. Try to keep up.
Still, Trump just endorsed her because that’s all the pubbie’s have offered up as far as I know. If they would’ve thrown a conservative in the mix I’m sure Trump would have dumped Stefanik like the Rino she is.
