The supply lines and support staff for them are in Florida. Putting all those facilities in the Caribbean along with stockpiling the supplies there is going to be difficult. Not impossible, just difficult. It's also doing to take a few years to pull that off, best guess of course.
And then there's building up the docks for all the cruise ships that come in, offboard, onboard and re-stock at the same time. I'd have to wonder how long it would take to build the ports up in the Caribbean to handle it.

Yes, the amount of non Americans here does disgust me. It’s not just here though, some people who I thought would not be part of the nonsense have caved and taken shots. We’ll be second class citizens soon.
The ones who cave at the ones who are responsible when this gets worse and more is demanded of us by the powers that be. They are literally handing over our freedoms to the overlords.
Giving into TPTB demands does NOT stop them. It’s blood in the water to them. it will only encourage more of the same as they have just learned that people will comply.

The only way to get a bully to stop pushing you around is to beat the snot out of him. We have to stand up to the bullies to get them to stop, not give in to them.
