In a letter sent by Deputy Assistant Attorney General Pamela Karlan to Republican Karen Fann, president of the Arizona State Senate, she went on to say that DOJ considered the fact that the election materials are now in the custody of a third party (Florida company Cyber Ninja). Due to this, the materials are "no longer under the ultimate control of state and local election officials and are not being adequately safeguarded by contractors at an insecure facility, and are at risk of being lost, stolen, altered, compromised or destroyed."

If the DOJ is so concerned, and if they do in fact have any jurisdiction, then they should see to it that U.S. Marshals are assigned to protect all of the materials and evidence. Otherwise, butt out of what is really a state matter.
Personally, I’m convinced that plenty of stuff has already been lost, stolen, altered, compromised or destroyed by now. There must still be something, though, or the cheaters wouldn’t be this scared.
Chain of custody of ballots appeared to be compromised in several states on election night. Especially with the late night drops.
What this means is that in the end, if the Arizona Senate proves that Maricopa County cheated and Trump actually won the state, the DoJ can just say it’s all made up, and the DNCMedia will gladly follow suit.
The DoJ doesn’t even have to do anything further.
The press will be so adamant that cheating did NOT take place and Biden still won, that they’ll get all the social media sites, big tech corporations and ISPs to ban any who say otherwise.

This is also the case with EVERY jurisdiction where ballot harvesting was permitted. Election documents were taken from the elector by a private party and supposedly delivered to the authorized agency. Whatever happened between the elector and the agency is an unknown and unverifiable transaction.

That’s their hope but it won’t fly.
Chain of custody from handoff by Maricopa to the State Legislature is all on tape every minute of the way. The Collosium is guarded by layers upon layers of security including AZ Rangers, DPS, off-duty law enforcement, private security, retired Army from Ft. Huachuca, surveillance camera crews and a lot more.
The AZ legislature knew going in there would be challenges and criticisms from every direction. That and a host of other things is why it took weeks to put a plan in place.
But the final blow for our adversaries is in the physical ballots themselves. Under the direction of Jovan Pulitzer, advanced patented machine methods and technology used for detecting counterfeit material will blow the lid off the fraud that took place.
Our adversaries will attempt to persuade the public that the ‘Republican’ state legislature hired partisans to switch out the ballots. Yeah, good luck with that.
The AZ legislature will get the results reviewed and certified by unimpeachable expert examiners, then take the results to federal court and sue the bejeezus out of Dominion and their cousins, the Corporate News Scum, and the federal government for dereliction, negligence, tortuous misrepresentation, tortuous interference.

In addition, the AZ legislature will move to decertify their Elector’s EC votes.
As of Friday May 7, just about every elected official in AZ is to be removed after filing a Writ of Quo Warranto with the AZ Supreme Court.

The U.S. Constitution places authority for running presidential elections under state legislatures. State laws are passed by legislatures AND governors. The Arizona law prohibiting the use of third parties in elections is a law. It was passed by the Arizona legislature. Via the U.S. Constitution the provision can be overridden by the Arizona legislature.
