In parallel, the tenOever lab tested amodiaquine and hydroxychloroquine against native SARS-CoV-2 in a head-to-head comparison in a small animal COVID-19 model, and saw that prophylactic treatment with amodiaquine resulted in ~70% reduction in viral load upon exposure, while hydroxychloroquine was ineffective. They also saw that amodiaquine prevented the transmission of the virus from sick to healthy animals more than 90% of the time, and that it was also effective in reducing viral load when administered after introduction of the virus. Thus, their results suggest that amodiaquine could work in both treatment and prevention modes.

Sounds like they used hydroxychloroquine by itself.
Which we already know is ineffective.

...the inclusion of amodiaquine in a COVID-19 clinical trial that is currently underway in 13 different countries in Africa where this drug is inexpensive and widely available. Now, this is the part I like.

It sounds like its efficacy is right up there with the vaccines that have been developed. The reduction in viral load also sounds similar to Ivermectin which is strangely not discussed.
It’s interesting that another anti-malarial drug has promise.
I’m confounded as to why so many studies show zero efficacy with hydroxychloroquine yet the in-field practical results seem so promising.

There are effective treatments available. The CDC and FDA work together to suppress them to drive people toward the 'vaccines'. The link below has one of the successful protocols in use with Covid-19 patients with an 85% recovery rate. The notes I wrote capture the detals and if you have time to watch at least part of this video by Dr. McCullough, who has specialized in treating Covid-19, the protocol his team developed is in the first 7 minutes. This is just one of the protocols available - there are others.
Here's information on the video in case you want to share it with others and they don't have time to watch it. I've only made notes on the first 20 minutes of it. I hope you watch and share the entire video or my notes below.COVID Vaccine Killing Huge Numbers, Warns Leading Doctor – Liberty Sentinel [32 minute video][ransomnote: I tried to faithfully copy the names of drugs mentioned but please watch the video to check my understanding - I don't want to list the incorrect drug or formula. I have no problem with meds that treat a disease but I still think a vaccine should be the front like drug of choice against viruses. I also think that Covid will ultimately adapt to any treatment we throw at it. I don’t see it going away.

It's because Trump mentioned it. Ivermectin is still unknown because it's cheap and would compete with meds that are $3-$4k per dose.

Hopefully the vaccine will work. But obviously on that graph, there was not enough people vaccinated to have any consequence when it was already clearly going down. I surmise we will find out in the fall. Viruses are seasonal. Praying the vaccines put an end to all this garbage.

I think Covid is a little bit seasonal but to start dropping in January like that? What kind of effed up seasonality is that? And it isn’t exactly cold and snowing in Mumbai right now. It’s 84 degrees at the moment. Brazil is pretty summery too. That’s not typically conducive to virus spread, not if you’re talking about Flu, RSV, Norovirus etc. I’m not sure seasonality is really a big factor for Covid, a small factor maybe. US cases and deaths both started dropping about the time or shortly after we were giving healthcare workers their second dose. I was at the front of the line for dose 1 and I got dose 2 on January 20th, a few hours before Biden was inaugurated. And, also, cases started dropping in April during wave 1-not mid January. Maybe it was the mitigation measures too?

And the top vax graph doesn’t show the cumulative administration. It’s only showing the doses for the given day. In reality, the vax administration is an exponential curve that when projected onto the 2nd graph shows how little it affected the decline if having any effect at all.
