Why masks are still mandatory, even for the vaccinated

Joe Biden is in a pickle. He wants to continue to convince Americans they should get the experimental biological agent (AKA "the vaccine"), but, as Tucker Carlson pointed out last week, the administration and the CDC have offered no explanation as to why you need to continue to wear a mask after you have taken "the vaccine." Why would they want us to doubt the efficacy of the vaccine?

Why would any sane person who is not in a high-risk group contemplate becoming a lab experiment subject if you are not allowed (yes, our rights are now derived from government and will be doled out based on compliance) to burn your mask and return to a pre-pandemic way of life? That's just bad salesmanship...until you think about the alternative.

Think about what would happen if they allowed (there's that word again) people not to wear masks after being vaccinated.

Here's a typical scenario. The vaccinated test subject enters the supermarket. The vigilante mob of leftists can't wait to accost and demand compliance to their edict, using physical violence if necessary. The test subject then proclaims that he has put his mask in his pocket. A short time later, the test subject hears the man claim the same immunity.

In this fictional example, you can begin to see what the ramifications of this policy would be. Within weeks, the majority of Americans would stop wearing masks. (Along with social distancing, and lockdowns, and getting the vaccine). People would actually begin to associate non-masking people with safety, while mask-wearing people would signal danger. The danger of the unvaccinated.

The government has just lost all control.

The whole exercise is to train us to be compliant sheep. Covid is just the excuse.

The current administration is going to take away more and more of our freedoms and money, and it doesn’t want much resistance.

16 months of forced obedience goes a long way towards conditioning the folks to be compliant and obedient, and to willingly give up freedoms in return for the false promise of security.

Forced masking of healthy people is the Democrat/communist/Left's most effective weapon in their singularly-focused objective to destroy our American Constitutional Republic.

The mask is an extremely powerful visual reminder that to be spared certain death we must give up our God-given rights and our American standard of living and yield to the demands and diktats of politicians, unelected bureaucrats and "experts".

Much of what was done in the past, and is currently being done makes no sense because it never was based on science and in many cases didn’t even pass a simple common sense test.

Any rational person would have been thinking this way all along.

It goes beyond just face masks. I said the same thing years ago when I noticed that more and more venues hosting large crowds -- like sports stadiums, for example -- began installing metal detectors at their gates and doors. Now maybe the risk-benefit analyses conducted for these things gave every indication that conducting intrusive inspections of event attendees is a good idea, but my reaction was exactly the opposite:

1. If you make it inconvenient for me to do something that is entirely discretionary, then I'm not going to have much interest in doing it.

2. If you make me empty my pockets and walk through a metal detector just to attend a sports or other entertainment event, I'm going to suspect that I need to be highly alert and overly concerned about my personal safety even AFTER I get inside.

1) a sign of submission, subversion and subjugation
2) mandated in order to dehumanize
3) virtue signaling devices
4) meant to provide constant reinforcement of fear
5) used to destroy community, friends and family normal communication
6) implemented to create isolation, confusion, anxiety, destroy human connectivity, trust and interactions
7) mandated to exacerbate illness
8) intended to aid in the abandonment of the belief and reliance on our immune systems

First they used scare tactics.
Then, they tried bribery like free donuts and beer.
Then they tried extortion, like “vaccine passports or you can’t live amongt us”.
Now they are pitting Americans against Americans with statements like “nobody is going back to normal until 70%+ of people get vaccinated”. Pit the vaccinated against the unvaccinated.

Vaccinations are readily available on a walk-up basis in my county from the Florida Department of Health, for both first and second doses of the Moderna.

I will not asphyxiate myself because people are too lazy or too fearful to get vaccinated.

Wearing a mask causes me to cough. Do you want me coughing for two hours on an airplane?

What I think is weird is seeing people attending funerals wearing masks. There’s a lot of crying happening during funerals, and it makes me gag to think of serious crying with a mask on. A detective, “Detective Fil”, on a true crime series said that when he’s interrogating someone and there’s crying, to believe the crying isn’t an act, “I gotta see snot.”

Serious crying during a funeral wearing a mask ... just eeeewww. I don’t see how masks at funerals can be helpful, on many levels.
