In an exclusive TODAY interview that aired Friday morning, President Joe Biden said he hasn’t ruled out mandating all U.S. service members take COVID-19 vaccines, but described the decision as a “tough call.”
During the interview, NBC News’ Craig Melvin said, “Recent polling came out that showed 40 percent of Marines said they are not going to get vaccinated. Once you get the FDA gives final approval, not the emergency use authorization, but final approval, will you order service members to get the vaccine?”
“I don’t know, I’m going to leave that to the military,” Biden initially responded, before adding, “I’m not saying I won’t. I think you’re going to see more and more of them getting it. I think it is a tough call as to whether or not they should be required to have to get it in the military.”

Great troop morale booster, huh?
What's next, is he going to require all Americans to be vaccinated too?
He can’t. It’s experimental. It’s not approved by the FDA. FDA won’t approve it.
Yeah, great for morale. For sure just another piece of meat now.
They get injected with and for everything under the sun already.
Military Requirements:
Pregnant women — High five, Sister!
Men attracted to men - Fabulous!
Men who think they’re women — You go, Girl!
Unvaccinated — We don’t want your kind.
He’s a dictator. Of course he can try.
Yeah, and then they’ll release those that don’t comply and I suspect they’ll kick out those who voted for Trump as well as all Republicans.
That’s one way to get the vaxxed numbers up fast.
I think you are mistaken. He does things he “can’t” do nearly every day.
The only way he “can’t” do the things he does is if someone stops him. The sooner the better.
Good distinction worth noting, current vaccines are experimental and given via emergency use authorization. They are not FDA approved. He can no more mandate these experimental vaccines than can any state, local government, public or private organization. Once FDA approved, as commander in chief, he likely can order service members get the shot (?) but at great risk of disrupting the services.
I know that during the first gulf War, soldiers had to sign a waiver to get the experimental Anthrax vaccine. I wonder if they have to sign a waiver for the experimental China virus vaccine?
They stuck us with experimental anthrax vaccines that were not approved...on threat of Court Martial and dishonorable discharge. Soldiers need to fight this medical tyranny!
“He can’t. It’s experimental. It’s not approved by the FDA. FDA won’t approve it.”
Military personnel have been vaccine guinea pigs for centuries.

Some employers are mandating the shots:

One painful thing I remember from 51 years ago like it was yesterday is how sore both my arms were from the numerous vaccinations we received, and trying to get comfortable on the plane taking us to Vietnam.
Soldiers pride themselves on following orders, legal or not. The system purges itself of non-hackers. They are worse than cops in that regard.
This should be interesting. I doubt that it is even legal for the government to force anyone to be participate in experimental treatments. Project MKUltra anyone?
I see allot of early retirements and non-re-enlistments in the future. h military is already a former shell of itself and this fool is turning us into Serbia, but the time they finish 3 kids and a dog will be able to take the country!
I don’t remember any waiver. This had been an approved vaccination for anthrax sitting on the shelf for 30-odd years.
I remember when they went looking for people who got the anthrax vaccination prior to the war....all they could find was a couple of Texas veterinarians.
BUMP
“I doubt that it is even legal for the government to force anyone to be participate in experimental treatments.”
That’s funny. The government can/does do anything it wants to do. Legal vs illegal isn’t an issue any more.
