The fact that the court has done nothing about it tells you they are not that concerned.
FBI is just a bunch of chickenshits scared to death of Hillary Clinton’s files she has on all of them.

Who cares? Every system of our government is irreparably broken. We need to face the fact that we are now living in a banana republic.
The FBI is a disaster. They are completely self-serving, and ripping off the taxpayer.
Powers of warrantless surveillance of citizens never was big on my radar back when I was naive and believed our alphabet agencies had the best interests of the public at heart, even though I called myself a libertarian, but now that it’s obvious how the FBI in particular is a politically managed agency, I weep for our future.
Anyone watching for a while has come to the conclusion that much of the FBI is not worried about the legality or Constitutionality of their actions.

There are a few opinions out of this court that find rules not followed, then go on to criticize and demand correction as if correction is necessary. These opinions also say there is no 4th amendment violation, so apparently corrections aren’t really necessary.
I think the whole FISA thing is make work. It has no honestly useful function. Government will snoop without regard to any supposed legal barrier, and the most any court will do is toss evidence from time to time. Meanwhile, the courts feel obligated to gin up a story to make the people believe a falsehood, that the courts are protective of privacy.

Wait and see what happens to any right wingers who try to organize vs the left wingers who can organize for revolution without opposition. 50 million separate armed individuals are no threat. A few thousand organized and armed individuals are something the Deep State deeply fears.

Damn! When is someone going to pull back the reigns on the FBI? I thought we had oversight to keep these people honest.
