Does he not remember how Democrats hated him with a passion when he was President? Probably not, since he was at the same time so eager to do their bidding, while ignoring the voters who put him in office. Why does he only view those on the right as being polarized? Because he is part of the left, and polarized himself.
Of course Bush looked down on citizens who elected him. He's a private school kind of jerk. Ask yourself this: is there any chance Bush has a middle class friend? I would bet against it.
