It’s leaders are either nefarious or incompetent.
Either way, the Canadian people should be looking for their first chance to elect new leaders.
How can the world’s most advanced socialized health care system fail to vaccinate people? I thought Canadian health care was the finest in the world.

Where are the media crews stepping over bodies in the parking lots or worming their way through a gurney filled hospital hallway?

Canada had as much time as any nation to ramp up their vaccination program. I’ve read it is a complete and utter failure in Canada.

How elections work in Canada is that the Federal Quebec party,known as Liberals, will do everything they can to protect Vancouver and the Golden Triangle, which is comprised of the area that has Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal as its vertices.
As long as the Federal Quebec party does that, they will not lose support no matter what they do. They could send a military and kill every Albertan without consequence and I don’t exaggerate by much on that.

I think this is happening in good part because of the previous lock downs and denial of early treatment/prevention. No chance for people to build up natural immunity or resistance.

They are rationing their vaccine supply. Instead of 2 shots 4 weeks apart they are going with 2 shots 4 months apart. Not kidding. Someone in their health ministry said her post hoc analysis of the clinical trial data shows it works, and that the natural delay in the immune response makes it unnecessary to administer the second dose any sooner.
Who knows? She could be right. But she could also just be providing some cover for the politicians.
