I cannot imagine a mother allowing her child to be used as these children are - or a father.
But then I recall Palestinian mothers accepted $50,000 USD from Arafat, per child, to be used as suicide bombers.
Isn’t it crazy when Mexico’s openly Communist President is more interested in border security and the safety of trafficked children than the Potato-in-Chief?

He describes himself as a socialist—I don’t know if he is a Euro-style welfare state socialist or an outright communist.
However, Mexico has admitted the government does not have operational control in about one quarter of their country, including areas adjacent to the United States. Given that they may not be effective in preventing human trafficking.
