Biden has abused our Constitution as well as broken the law many times as has Hillary Clinton, no one does anything to stop them. Neither he nor Harris will go to our Southern border, they have all but made permanent the concertina wire and fencing around the White House...? Strictly speaking Plugs is correct to say "no Amendment is absolute". I can easily think of situations where a particular person should be denied access to firearms...either temporarily or permanently. Certain medical conditions might warrant a temporary ban...some might warrant a permanent (or at least long term) ban. Convictions for certain kinds of serious crimes might warrant a permanent ban.
But although he won't admit it Plugs rejects the SCOTUS decisions Heller v District of Columbia,City of Chicago v MacDonald and Caetano v Massachusetts....which means that to him only the militia (and the nation's elite) should be allowed access.
