As TFTP reported last year, it was reported that the top climate change scientist for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration received $4 million in funding from Congress along with permission to study two highly controversial geoengineering methods in an attempt to cool the Earth. According to Science Magazine, David Fahey, director of the Chemical Sciences Division of NOAA’s Earth System Research Laboratory, told his staff last week that the federal government is ready to examine the science behind “geoengineering”—or what he dubbed a “Plan B” for climate change.

This plan is in congruence with the plan backed by billionaire Bill Gates in which plans have been made to spray dust into the atmosphere to dim the sun that would potentially reflect sunlight out of Earth’s atmosphere, triggering a global cooling effect.
The Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment (SCoPEx), launched by Harvard University scientists, aims to examine this solution by spraying non-toxic calcium carbonate (CaCO3) dust into the atmosphere — a sun-reflecting aerosol that may offset the effects of global warming.
What could possibly go wrong?
Before we go any further, it is important to point out to new readers that we are not a satire site. We are not a conspiracy theory site. The information you are about to read is factually accurate and 100% real despite the ostensible ‘skeptics’ who claim otherwise.
After years of planning, it was announced earlier this year that SCoPEx is about to go live. However, some countries — namely the ones it was going to start in — are having second thoughts.
According to a report out of Forbes Magazine in January, SCoPEx was going to take a small step in its early research this June near the town of Kiruna, Sweden, where the Swedish Space Corporation (SSC)

Modern C4 photosynthesis plants (grasses) evolved during the miocene when CO2 levels dropped down to below 200ppm. They evolved to tolerate those low levels most of our food chain is grasses...corn,wheat,rice,sorghum,barley,rye all are C4 grasses and all of them are less than 12 million years old having evolved during the glacial periods. C4 photosynthesis is viable down to 150ppm below that you get CO2 starvation. The earth is at 400+ ppm it would take hundreds if not a thousand years for the natural CO2 sinks of the oceans the number one sink via carbonate formation and two land based mafic rock weathering to pull CO2 down under 200 even if humans dimmed the sky and plants died off due to lack of solar input. The amount of carbon in the oceans is so vast that when not if the atmosphere concentration drops the bicarbonate balance between the air and water reverses and CO2 out gasses to bring back a new level of equilibrium that process would run for nearly a millennium keeping CO2 levels above 200
The same idiocy wanted to spray soot on the ice caps to stop global cooling.
Trust the science....
Bill Gates was into technology when technology was in it’s most critical stage of infancy ...
If Gates had been born five years earlier or 3 years later he would have been a quite ordinary Harvard dropout... making good money, but not being the multibillionaire he is today.
Grim and depressing.
they predict everything.
Yeah the report basically laid out the worst parts of that pesky last book. Months of darkness, freezing temps as far South as the tropics. 3 to 100 meters of ash across the whole North American continent. The planetary food web would collapse billions would starve or freeze to death. The report was quickly.pulled market secret and locked away. You really would not have to drill into Yellowstone lake just sinking a high enough yield device to the bottom would allow the fireball to vaporize enough of the overbearing rocks to pop the magma chamber the yield was not as large as one would think something the Russians or Chinese could put in a shipping container would do the trick.
Even more grim and depressing.
Would those particles happen to be +- about 150 grains?
