Michigan has had more than a year to train personnel and build our facilities to deal with any uptick in hospitalizations.
There is NO excuse for punishing the entire population for Michigan’s incompetence.
The CDC demanding anything these days is a real hoot, after
their performance this last year.

Riddle me this. Why did Florida and Texas have so many
fewer cases and deaths than California, not locking down
nearly as much as California did?
Same goes for New York.

My 45 year respect for the CDC was pulverized over the last

I think Fauci and Biden are the only two persons who
don’t know what a laughing stock he (Fauci) is.
He’s done that a number of times over the last year > IMO.

At this point I think every gov. agency has been completely hollowed out and re-stuffed with hate-America globalist socialists.
It goes all the way down to city/county government,
councils, schools, libraries... We shouldn’t forget
the Chambers of Commerce across this nation.
The police... police, nurses, hospital, and teacher’s
unions.
The FBI, CIA, NSA... add in the Military leadership.
The education, the media...
It’s a real mess.
Gotta hand it to them.
The Left worked on this for decades.
Our leadership, still doesn’t get it to this day how they
have been out maneuvered.
McConnell, the RNC, the GOPe, just blind as can be.
Blind or just pretending to be opposition to it.
