President Joe Biden said he’ll make an announcement on his upcoming gun control plan on Friday, coming after reports that suggested he would sign an executive order on guns in the near future.
When asked about reports saying he would take executive action soon, Biden responded in saying he would talk about his plan for gun control “the day after tomorrow.” It’s not clear if he will sign an executive order.

If he signs an executive order when will it get challenged in court?
He may not need any luck at all, considering the rulings
coming out of the SCOTUS in the recent past.

Biden may not need luck considering the dangerous precedent Trump set in banning bump stocks by executive order. Biden is going to copy and paste that EO, and replace bump stock with pistol brace.
Then the NRA should name that EO also in it’s complaint.
This is the time to do it. (well, past time if we’re trying
to be accurate.)
