The Supreme Court should declare many laws unconstitutional. They are our last line of defense against the Democrat regime. There are already far too many federal laws which somehow got past the Supreme Court to encroach on our liberty, as if there was no 10th Amendment.
Long live our best SC Justice, who grew up poor and black in Georgia.

I don’t disagree, but that was never the Founder’s intent. If you read through the document, you will not find that power granted to SCOTUS. Again, the Founders, perhaps in their post-revolution naiveté assumed that Congress would never pass a law that violated the Constitution.

SCOTUS simply assumed the role in 1803 with Marbury v. Madison and it has become a very important ‘unwritten’ part of our Constitution. Interestingly, the Constitution does give Congress the power to limit the reach of the Judiciary, but it has never (to my knowledge) done so.
