This happened Friday, I thought it first it was something from several years ago. The several print news reports I found do not provide any more details than what we see in the video: idiot tries climbing wall, idiot falls, idiot hurt, paint spills out, he’s now in hospital. No word about charges. Not that the police seem to care.
