I would suggest going and putting five individuals who are identified with severe paranoid schizophrenia...into a room, with a sword on the floor. Within ten minutes....someone is going to pick up the stab and kill at least one other individual.
I have never understood the core concept.
He’s a dangerous guy. He has shown a willingness to go out in public and shoot people in cold blood.
But, hey, he’s crazy, you know? Which means it’s not really his fault at all. So, I guess, maybe we shouldn’t even punish him. Or, at most, punish him a little.
And, could be, he’ll get better, and then we can let him walk the streets again. Because he probably wouldn’t do it again, right? I mean: what are the odds?
And if he does, you know, relapse, and shoot a bunch of people a second time, well, I guess we’’ll just punish him again. Keeping mind, of course, that it’s not his fault. Because he’s, you know, crazy.
My actual opinion: We know he did it and he should be executed within a month. Why keep that guy around?
Is MK Ultra considered a mental disease?
Sure there is. Paranoia and schizophrenia are often enough to drive people to start shooting people.
Zombified zombies have something in their heads. ISlam comes to mind here.

It’s all “SCIENCE” I tell ya! You cannot disagree unless you’re a Neanderthal. Clear logical thinking-
BTW, where is the gay gene? Hmmmm, maybe somewhere between global warming and the ozone hole.
You can’t argue with “SCIENCE.” Just ask Al Gore. The debate is over-
I agree with this premise, although I am not a doctor.
To be psychotic you just don’t see people as human beings, and you will be capable of flying off and killing someone without remorse, but it’s something else all together to hate people and go with planning and intent and take time (not a simple reaction) to kill as many people as possible.
Islam is that mental illness.
What!?!
What about “sudden jihadi syndrome”
/sarc
homicidal risk factors:
COGNITIONS:
intense wish to kill specified or named victim
command hallucinations
ambivalent wish to kill
nonspecific hostility
RISK FACTORS:
young male, little education, psychotic patient with delusions, substance abuse history, character disorder diagnosis
In all of the "understandings" that man has ... it is only EVIL that fits every situation ... except there are some areas without an explanation ......
Jeremiah 17:9
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
The teaching is; ... You can't trust your heart for making decisions (gazillions of disappointed wives and not a few husbands will attest to that)
So there IS a condition that identifies shooting another person ... Satan is a murderer ....
John 8:44
Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
This is probably why the phrase "So help me God" is no longer a priority in too many cases.
If I swear "so help me God" and I give HIS reasoning, it is supposed to be THE final judgement on a matter.
They have obviously never heard of islamic jehad
Well, the DSM is so thick everyone has some sort of mental illness. The issue would be if the guy knows right from wrong and can make rational decisions.
Granted, we as a culture are immersed in moral relativism but it’s doubtful he’s so mentally ill he did it all on impulse to kill lizard people and save the planet. The criminally insane units for life are as bad or worse than prison.
Paranoia?
isn’t killing unknown people who are not threatening you the very definition of mental illness? As in, you have to be nuts to do something like that?
There’s no psychotic illness whose symptom is shooting other people

other than Islam
This is good stuff; you could derive the following:
—close the “crazy” defense— legal refuge from culpability
—background checks are of limited value
—past mental health history is no reason to deny any permit
—gun owners who need MH services no longer fear stigma
—individual responsibility central
—subjective motives attributed to crime are of little use
—’paranoia’ is vague, neither disorder or symptom.
