There already is a road block it’s called the ferry lines. There are 4 lanes to line up in they will simply make it 3 lines for everyone and one line for those with proof of vax when the load master starts the loading he drops the metal bollards in front of the vax line first easy peasy. I doubt the Texas Supreme Court’s gonna get involved over the inconvenience of having to wait longer at a ferry line. There is no way the Galveston County judge who is deep blue gonna rule against the vaxers they are all in hence the Texas Supreme Court only they would have the last say. They will punt it back and the lower court will stand. No skin off my teeth I have my CDC vax card and will be applying for a yellow card as soon as the CDC issues them for international travel I intend to be in Ireland as soon as it’s open to Americans with the vax.

No I took the vaccine because I am a PhD level scientist and can read and understand medical Journal data. As for effectiveness the Israelis have over 600,000 data points. Out of 620,000 fully vaccinated 21 got sick enough too need medical care. Let those numbers sink in. Save your scientific ignorance for people who care I don’t I looked at the real world data and saw the risk of negative outcome from the vaccines was 0.0018% or less while my age and health cohort has a 3% CFR rate from the virus. Also having watched face to face two people die while in a full tvek body suit and airmask with positive pressure I said nope I’ll risk the 0.0018% vs the kind of death I saw. Don’t even parrot the lie of 99.9 whatever death rate it’s been bunked as fakenews Johns Hopkins University school of medicine has the real data it’s well above 2% for at risk people upwards of 8% for seniors.
