One can find any number of former vegan videos on youtube. They talk about the health problems they had and how they kept trying to deny it was their diet causing them. Eventually, they can no longer deny that their diet is lacking.
All of these videos, of course, have comments by other vegans denouncing them for “doing it wrong.” The problem is, there is no way to do it “right.” Both veganism and vegetarianism have deleterious effects on cognition and intelligence. Look at any mouthpiece for PETA or for radical vegetarianism/veganism: they are probably a whacky lunatic. This is because their diet prevents their brain from functioning properly.
