That's not what was said at all. What was said was that - back in December and January - there had not yet been testing to determine whether the vaccines preventing contracting COVID-19 or spreading it to others. What had been tested to that point was whether the vaccines were safe to take (they are) and whether they prevented severe illness and death from COVID-19 (they do).

Fast forward to yesterday, where data from Israel emerged showing that the Pfizer vaccines prevents 94% of asymptomatic COVID-19 infections and 97% of symptomatic disease. Meaning that the neutralizing antibodies produced by the vaccine are massively effective at stopping the disease in its tracks and preventing infection and transmission.

Time to hop off the fear train. The Trump vaccines work. They're safe and effective. They're ending COVID-19. Maybe President Trump deserves our thanks rather than nonstop fearmongering.
