It doesn’t prohibit companies from requiring you to show proof of vaccination to use their services. I don’t like it either, but that’s the way it is.
Really? What if my business started requiring people to take AIDS tests before they could enter. How do you think that would go over?

It would not violate HIPAA, but it *might* violate the Americans with Disabilities Act. The original post concerned HIPAA.
