Coyotes and drug dealers and others with a good imagination might do this as well. The more open the borders the more money the cartels make.
Generally honest people will project their honesty onto others automatically... assuming that others are as honest as they are.
Generally dishonest people inherently know this, and take advantage of it.
However, they too project their own dishonesty onto others... which means they have a difficult time trusting anyone, Because they cannot even trust their own selves.
Laziness also plays into this....
An honest person who is typically lazy is the easiest mark of all.
But a dishonest person who is lazy will eventually destroy themselves.
