Missile strikes hit oil refineries in northern Syria, killing one
Aljazeera ^ | 5 March 2021

A series of missile attacks near oil facilities ignited major blazes in northern Syria near the Turkish border and killed one person on Friday.

Explosions rocked oil refineries near the towns of al-Bab and Jarablus and set off large fires, Turkey’s state-owned Anadolu news agency reported.

A source in the Turkish military, which controls swaths of northwest Syria where Turkish troops have a presence, said missile attacks had caused the blasts, which also wounded 11 people.

Anadolu said they were ballistic missiles and it was not clear who carried out the attacks.

In Syria, Russia is a main supporter of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s government while Turkey backs a handful of opposition factions.

Very little in the MSM about this. Guessing this is payback for used Joe's recent missile attack killing 22 people of color, also in Syria.

A search for this event on FR was negative.

Odd how things start heating up when the POTUS is obviously working with scrambled eggs for a brain.

Is it my imagination, or did all this oil facility bombing just start-up recently after Biden closed down the Keystone XL pipeline?

Steve Bannon Sounds The Alarm, Says To Prepare for a Transition to Kamala Harris

https://conservativebrief.com/soundsthealarm-36420/

While speaking with Author Mike McCormick and National Pulse Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam, Bannon said he thinks it’s time to get ready for the transition from Biden to Kamala Harris.

Bannon pointed to Biden’s current well-being, saying that his “eyes are now dead,” also noting that Harris has had a relatively large role compared to previous vice presidents.

“Kamala Harris is printed up in playbooks, always there for these meetings,” Bannon said as he explained how Harris is involved with a large number of meetings. “Pence was never that. That’s not the role of the vice president.”

"Snip"

The comments from Bongino come after House Democrats are requesting to limit Biden’s sole access to the nuclear codes.

In a letter written by Democratic California Rep. Jimmy Panetta, the representative requested that the nuclear codes be shared with members of Biden’s administration.

“Vesting one person with this authority entails real risks,” the letter said. “Past presidents have threatened to attack other countries with nuclear weapons or exhibited behavior that caused other officials to express concern about the president’s judgment.”

“While any president would presumably consult with advisors before ordering a nuclear attack, there is no requirement to do so,” the letter continued. “The military is obligated to carry out the order if they assess it is legal under the laws of war. Under the current posture of U.S. nuclear forces, that attack would happen in minutes.”

Gas prices are up here in York (PA) anywhere from $.55 - $1.25, and going a little higher each week.

Try this, it may shed a little light on the attackers, if it is to be believed:

(The details vary a bit, from article to article, but the location is consistent.)

The events in Syria are trivial and inconsequehtioa compared to the today’s Houthi (Iranian) missile attacks on Dahran and Rastanurra.

These attacks can be blamed entirely on the incompetence of Biden

It is certain that Biden via Kerry got money from Iran

Again...... Biden et al were payed by Iran

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said a series of strikes launched from Russian warships...

Who I believe probably launched the "ballistic" missiles.

Given Biden/Harris as president & V.P., and things ratcheting up between Israel/Iran, I can't see what prevents things in the Middle East from getting out of hand, real soon.

Well, maybe Biden will offer up Texas if they will all place nice?

That’s a big jump. If only we here in Alberta could get our abundant oil and gas to the US effectively.

Meanwhile, In the Situation Room

Harris: "Things are ratcheting up. We need to respond"
Kerry: "We need to take things slow. Perhaps offer more money to Iran"
General Milley: "Our ships are tied up in the Persian Gulf. It would inadvisable to engage"
Biden: "Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Boy, these little spoons make good airplanes!"

It is the CIA attacking their own oil suppliers to make it look like they all are not involved.

From: https://www.jpost.com/middle-east/in-rare-attack-ballistic-missiles-target-oil-facilities-in-n-syria-661130

On February 28, the White Helmets asserted that the Syrian regime and Russia used Tochka missiles to target an area east of Aleppo. Video posted online on March 6 showed the wreckage of a Tochka missile allegedly used in the March 5 attack on the oil facilities.

Video from March 5 showed the strikes and the aftermath as well as missile fragments that were found. Social media accounts asserted that the Tochka missile fragments found near Tarhine in Syria indicate Russia was behind the attack. Others said it was the Syrian regime. Such a large attack would likely not happen without both being aware of it, regardless of which forces fired the missiles. Some said the missile were fired from the Kuweireis air base which is 30km east of Aleppo.

*** Guessing this is payback for used Joe’s recent missile attack killing 22 people of color, also in Syria. ***

It is to destroy the market for the oil which the US is stealing from Syria. Syrians who are against the foreign invasion of their country have been pleading for this for some time.

Destroy the incentives in order to free the Country from the the US/ Turkish backed thieves. Syrians are not benefitting from their own oilfields.

It would be akin to Mexico, and China taking over US oilfields in Texas, then selling the oil to BLM, Antifa, Raza Unida, to finance an Aztlan partitioning of the Southwestern US.
Destroy the Texas Oilfields, refineries to cut off financing.

Invaders leave Texas, Abundant Canadian oil replaces Texas production.
In Syria, Iranian oil would replace the lost oil. Of course, currently, the US attempts to deny fuel to Syria via some of its 450 sanctions against Syria.
