Not quite. They are still going to comply with the 1934 NFA, the 1968 GCA, the 1986 machine gun ban, and the NICS, all af which are unconstitutional infringements on the RKBA.

Seems like a good time for states to start pushing back against laws that restrict personal freedom. Actually long past time.
